When anxiety disrupts the day

This short questionnaire will help you notice when anxiety is taking up your attention, changing your everyday choices, or making it hard to relax. The result is not a diagnosis; it helps you decide where to start the conversation.

A questionnaire or a psychological test?

The term "psychological tests" is often used in searches. These tools from Minder are not standardized diagnostic tests or clinical screening scales. They are self-reflection questionnaires: they do not calculate the likelihood of a disorder, do not determine severity, and do not replace a professional assessment. If you need a formal assessment, ask a qualified professional.

How to use

  1. Choose the topic that is currently closest to your expertise. You don't need to know the name of the problem in advance.

  2. Answer at your own pace. There are no right or wrong answers, and you can stop at any time.

  3. As a result, you will get one practical direction for thinking and a question you can take to a specialist.

Privacy begins with choice.

You do not need an account or email address to answer the questions and see the full result. Answers stay in this browser tab unless you choose to save the result privately to your MinderID or separately consent to provide an email address. Please do not enter another person’s name or sensitive story.

When a survey is not enough

If you are in immediate danger, are thinking about self-harm, have new or severe physical symptoms, or are concerned about a child's safety, do not wait for the survey results. Contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register to complete the survey?

No. The questionnaire and the entire result are available without registration. MinderID is only an optional feature if you want to keep the result in a private space.

Does the result mean that I have any disorder?

No. The result shows which next step seems most helpful to you at that moment. It does not measure symptom severity or confirm or rule out a diagnosis.

Can I fill out a few questionnaires?

Yes. Choose only the topics that are useful to you. If different topics overlap, a conversation with a specialist can help you understand the full picture without labeling things on your own.
