1 Information Governance
To provide our specialized services, Minder collects various data types with absolute transparency:

Identity Data: Legal name, verified email address, phone number, and unique Minder handles.

Professional Data: For professionals, we verify educational credentials, certifications, and clinical backgrounds.

Telemetry Data: System-level technical information to ensure platform stability and session reliability.

Financial Data: Securely processed through industry-standard encryption partners.
2 Clinical Confidentiality
The privacy of your psychological support is our priority.
Interactions and consultations between Professionals and Clients are strictly confidential.

Absolute Privacy: Minder staff and administrators DO NOT access private session notes or encrypted audio/video content of consultations.

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect all sensitive data stored on our servers.
2.1 Video Sessions and Third-Party Processors
Live video sessions on Minder are delivered through Mirotalk, an open-source WebRTC video service used as a processor.

Encrypted in transit. Audio and video are encrypted end-to-end between participants (WebRTC / DTLS-SRTP). Minder never sees or stores call media.

Connection metadata. The video service may briefly process technical metadata required to set up the call (IP addresses, ICE candidates, timestamps). It does not store call content.

Private session URLs. The video room URL is generated only when your therapist joins, is never sent in advance by email, and stops being accessible once the session ends or the therapist locks it.

What Minder stores about a session. Only the timestamps required for booking integrity and disputes: when each party first joined, when consent to this notice was given, and when the room was closed. No video, audio, or chat content from the call.

Your rights. You may request access to or deletion of the session-related metadata Minder stores about you at any time by contacting our support address listed in our terms of service.
3 Data Sharing Protocol
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs only under the following strict circumstances:
- Consent: Explicitly provided by you.
- Safety: To protect life or health in clinical emergencies.
4 Cookies and Insights
We use functional cookies to maintain your session and security. We also use analytical cookies to understand platform performance.
