Claim your Vanity URL & Bio.

Your profile is your digital storefront. Make sure it accurately reflects your expertise.

  • Go to 'Public Profile' in your Practice Management menu.
  • Set your custom Vanity Slug (e.g., 'dr-smith'). This is the link you will share everywhere.
  • Write a compelling bio and list your specialties so you appear in our directory.
  • Paste a link to a YouTube introduction video. We will securely embed it directly into your profile.

  • Click 'Intake Funnel Builder' on your dashboard.
  • Add a 'Psychoeducation' stage to set expectations via video or text.
  • Add a 'Clinical Assessment' stage (like the PHQ-9 or GAD-7). Minder will automatically score their answers and attach the severity rating to their booking request.
  • Toggle the funnel 'Active'. Now, your public link will route clients through this questionnaire first.
